All items for order in the webshop are in stock, unless its described otherwise in the item description. We deliver within 1 - 5 labour days (inside Germany), but in every case as fast as possible. The time of delivery elongates, if you pay in advance. If an ordered item is not in stock you'll get a note on your invoice and an e-mail. We deliver under the condition that we self will be delivered in time. We don't give compensation, if we can't deliver in time unless its an act of gross negligence from our side.
The freight charges depend on the shipper and the destination. Shipment by UPS uses the service "UPS carbon neutral".
The shipping inside of Germany is free, if the value of the ordered goods exceeds 100.00 Euro.
I other countries the charges will be decreased about 5.00 Euro then. Shipping in other countries than described here, is possible too. Please ask us for a quotation.

Shipment by express/overnight (working days) will be charged with 17.50 Euro inside of Germany and 60.00 Euro inside of the EU. Express/overnight shipping makes sense only, if your order is placed until Thursday at noon. Only in this case we're able to ship it on Thursday and you'll receive your parcel on Friday.
Later orders might be shipped on Friday and will arrive subsequently on Monday as Saturday is no longer a labour day for express services. In this case a delivery by standard postal services is at least as fast and much less expensive!
Express orders which arrive during the weekend, will be shipped on Monday and delivered on Thursday.
We don't offer a payment by C.o.D in the webshop. We got several joke-orders in the past, which were be sent back to us and cause high charges, which make C.o.D. uneconomical for us. Please use payment by PayPal, bank transfer or credit card, if you are a new customer or send us a written and signed copy of your order by mail.
Payment on account or by direct debit isn't possible with your first order. We gladly add these modes of payment, when you register as customer in the webshop and placed your first orders, to your account. Just ask us, if you wouldn't granted automatically by us!
If you wish to withdraw a national order, please ask us for a shipping label. |
