For the best results use silicone oil or comparable. We recommend fuck Bodyglide. Whilst a water based lubricant will work, it is not as effective. Removal of hair from the nipple area will make for a better grip, but it is not absolutely neccessary. After lubricating the nipple, the cup should then be lubricated, both inside and outside at the attachment end. Place the cup firmly over the nipple and squeeze out all of the air. Release gently and the cup will now be firmly attached. Repeat the process to the other nipple.

The cups can be tweaked and pulled, and the vacuum will now encourage the nipples to swell. After use, and in the interests of hygiene, the cups should be washed in warm, soapy water.
