All prices listed in the catalogue include VAT. Exceptions are goods on consignment in the catalog chapter "flea market", which will be sold from private source and which are described as "0% VAT". The prices include the described items only, not accessories and decorations. Pictures shown only illustrate our items but are not compulsory, the online catalogue being only of informative purpose. All orders received will only be definite and firm after having been accepted by us which is generally done by an explicite written confirmation or by the delivery of the items and the contract is only effectively concluded in the said moment. The automatic notice which you receive immediately after placing your order, is only for your information. In case of errors of any kind, we reserve the right of not accepting the offer.

Our shop\'s sole reference currency is Euro! The possibility to show the prices in other currencies is an informative service only and never a display of the exact price. Every invoice will be issued in Euro.

The cost or post & packing - if we charge such - will not be refunded generally, the same applies to additional fees for express delivery etc.. The charges depend on the choosen mode of shipping and the destination country. You can find them here.

Minimum order is 25.00 Euro. Invoices are paid in advance. The modes of payment (e.g. bank transfer, PayPal or credit card) will be displayed for you during the order process. If the payment is made by credit card, your account will be charged in the moment of invoicing.

Until complete payment, ordered goods remain our property. In particular cases or for particularly elevated amounts, we reserve the right to choose ourselves the mode of payment. At any rate, every contract shall be ruled by German law.

If the received goods present apparent defects, you are required to notify us in written form within one week after delivery. In the case of a legitimate notice of defects, we may, at our discretion, repair or exchange the times in a time of at least 4 weeks. If this fails, you may either get a discount on the price or withdraw your order. Further claims are excluded.

Exchange: In the case of an error from our side, we reimburse your freight charges (within Germany). In the case of an exchange on a goodwill basis, we only pay our own freight charges. In case of sending items back, please inform us prior to sending and make sure to choose the cheapest carrier. Please also make sure to frank your parcel.

HM-LEDER is not responsible in any way whatsoever for any damages and harms which might result from any inappropriate use of our items to either objects or persons.

Right of Withdrawal: You may withdraw your order within 14 days in written form. To keep this term, it will be sufficient to send the ordered and delivered items back within this period of time. Upon reception of your withdrawal, we shall refund eventually received payments. In case of sending items back, please inform us prior to sending and make sure to choose the cheapest carrier. Please also make sure to frank your parcel. In case of not prepaid returns, we reserve the right to refuse the delivery. For returns of values of 40.00 € and above, we take the cost within Germany at our charge.

The right of withdrawal is excluded for items manufactured according to a customer\'s particular specifications and/or for items particularly ordered for the customer\'s needs and opened DVD\'s, too.
